Candy ‘made me an offer I couldn’t refuse’. While previously working with the owners in a retail/plant service level they had naturally and unknowingly proven their dedication, integrity, and honesty while working for others. So, when asked to join their own company, it was a simple decision. | | What I like most about ICS: I love the flexibility and uniqueness of my responsibilities. My strengths are well used, and each day is a learning experience that ultimately increases my confidence and abilities. I’m so impressed with how far this company has come in such a short time and anticipate how much further we’ll go. I’ve never worked with such a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated group of people. Many businesses are started with the sole intention of making money, this one was started to fill a need. They aren’t focused on the bottom-line-almighty-dollar, but on our front line-the reps and managers who give their all every day. | | Where do you want to be in 2-5 years? We have so much potential, it’s hard to say. I’d love to be involved in any new undertaking if we branch out to other avenues in the horticultural industry.
