What I like most about ICS: Learning something new everyday with employees. I love teaching them and seeing their confidence bloom through their experience and knowledge gained by becoming deeply involved in the business.
Where do you want to be in 2-5 years? I’d love to see a full service, financially supported program for our ICS certified horticulturists reps in each store every day of the week. I’d also like to provide benefits to all of our employees. I’d like to expand the service program to not only include the big box retailer, but independently owned garden centers as well as landscape design and installation for homeowners.
