Background: Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, National certificate in Agricultural Science.
Why ICS? One of the driving forces of this company is its employees. In no other company, in any other field of employment has there been a nicer, more dedicated team of professionals who would do anything to get the job done-and done right!
What I like most about ICS: sitting down at the end of the day and know that you have made a huge difference in the stores and sales that weekend. Seriously its about the people, the people you meet in the stores, the people who meet you, and the most important-the people you help in the stores. There is nothing more rewarding than meeting a person who knows nothing about a plant and helping turn them into a gardener. Having them come back week after week for different product and seeing how much fun they are having with it.
Where do you want to be in 2-5 years? In 5 years time I'd like to be owner of the company (2 years if possible )- settle for part owner.
