Why ICS? We saw a strong need to have representatives who specialized in merchandising plants helping the big box retailer.
What do you like best about what you do? I’m proud to be working hand in hand with our reps to ensure that every customer is satisfied. We’re grateful to be working with the best nurseries in the country representing the largest home garden center retailer in the world.
What I like most about ICS: I love the quality of people that I work with each day. We’re growing leaps and bounds because of their dedication and efforts. Without them, we’d have nothing. There is not one person in this company that I wouldn’t be proud to be associated with.
Where do you want to be in 2-5 years? I want a plan in place to make everyone who works with us owns a part of the company. They should profit more for their efforts, and having ownership of their company makes us all stronger. In 5 years I’d like to see our growth level off some to allow us to focus much more on merchandising and specializing in live goods.
