Our Front Line:
 | | Elaine Collins, Manager - NH | | Started: April 2002 | | Background: Master Gardener with MA Horticulter, 8 years - The Home Depot, garden dept. | | Why ICS? I thought that I could help with live goods only, rather than ordering and working with soils, pots, etc. I started out part time, then went full time when we started servicing inside plants. The stores were so surprised and appreciative that they had great help with the products. | | What I like most about ICS: The company trusts and has faith in me to allow me to run my part of the business efficiently. | | Where do you want to be in 2-5 years? Who knows? I’ve got a bid in for Atlanta or Florida regions-though that causes groans since we have so much to cover now. In the 4 years we’ve been in existence we’ve come such a long way to proving ourselves to be professional and sympathetic to the associates in the stores. | | | | Return to Our Front Line |

The ICS Difference
Michelle Pitt
Manager - NY East & West Central
Started with ICS:
August 2003
“I joined ICS because I love working in the plant and nursery industry and found this to be a new challenge. I also enjoy the flexibility, traveling from store to store and the freedom of the job.”
