Why ICS? Starting with a new company that has incredible potential held great appeal for me. I envisioned their growth and was confident I would grow quickly with them. Like most about what you do: I love that I’m not confined to a desk. Every day offers variety: different tasks, new challenges, new people, and a change of scenery with each store we rep.
What I like most about ICS: We really are a close-knit group of people. We have great personal rapport among the owners, managers, and reps. That’s not something you can find in larger companies where most employees never even meet their owners and executives.
Where do you want to be in 2-5 years? I’d like to be the regional manager for the northeast as we grow even larger in the plant service industry.
